Packages INCLUDE tables, chairs, table covers. Delivery is an extra cost of $50.
Rental Agreement between Shantay V Events LLC and Lessee*****
RENTAL PERIOD. Rental charges are for a 24 hour or less period. If you need rentals for longer than 24 hours, please email
DAMAGES, THEFT, FAILURE TO RETURN. Rentals must be returned to Shantay V Events LLC in the condition received. Lessee will be liable to pay replacement cost of damaged rentals. Lessee should not discard damaged rentals but return them to Shantay V Events LLC. Rentals must be secured and monitored by the Lessee; theft resulting from rentals being unsecured or unmonitored by Lessee will be replaced by Lessee at full cost.
Replacement Costs:
Our inventory requires shipping to Puerto Rico. Replacement costs include shipping.
$100 per kids chair
$100 per black leather padded metal chair
$20 per table runner
$50 per fitted tablecloth
$150 per folding table
$300 per audio speaker
$150 per cocktail table
$90 per gold microphone
$90 per microphone stand
PAYMENT. Only ATH Movil or Cash is accepted. We DO NOT accept checks, money orders, Zelle, cash app, PayPal or venmo. Payment is due in full to secure reservations. Costs for damaged rentals is due upon return date.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. Shantay V Events LLC expressly disclaims and shall not be liable to the Lessee or its parties for any and all losses or liabilities resulting from, but not limited to: (1) negligence (2) weather (3) excess weight on rentals (4) use of rentals for which it is not intended (5) improper loading of rentals by lessee (6) improper setup of rentals by Lessee.
REFUNDS. Shantay V Events LLC will issue a 100% refund if the order is canceled 72 hours prior to the reservation date. Only 85% of the order total will be refunded for cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date. Refunds will not be issued once the items are delivered to the client. Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days after cancellation and returned onto the card used to pay the invoice.
